The default view of the search results presents phone book-related information about the constituent, such as their name, address and phone number.

But, there is a different view you can generate by selecting the Include case information option from the Search page. In this article, we will show you the difference between the two and note some important information on the search results screen.
The search results screen will present the constituents that met your search criteria. You can access their record by clicking their CivicTrack ID number.
The information is displayed under the corresponding columns, all of which can be clicked allowing the column to be sorted alphabetically/numerically.

Poll | The poll number related to the constituent |
Ward | The ward number related to the constituent |
ID | The CivicTrack ID number related to the constituent. This is unique and generated by the system. It is how you access and open the consituent's record |
First Name | The first name of the constituent |
Middle Name | The middle name of the constituent |
Last Name | The last name of the constituent |
SIN | The SIN of the constituent |
Company | The company name the constituent works for |
Address | The residential address of the constituent |
Unit | The unit number of the constituent |
City | The city where the constituent resides |
Postal | The postal code of the constituent |
Country | The country where the constituent resides |
Phone | A list of phone numbers related to the constituent. H: = Home phone W: = Work phone C: = Cell phone |
Please be aware that the default number of records presented is 50, so if you have results exceeding this, just click the Show more button.
The printer-friendly version, automatically formats and scales the search results screen if you want to print it to the printer.
