Searching is a crucial part of any database system.

With CivicTrack's Search Page, you can easily locate your constituents based on their name and contact information, along with some for the drop-down menu options in their profile.

The Search Page can be broken down into two main parts which are the Quick Search section, and the Advanced SearchYou can choose to enter and select options in both these sections.

How Quick search works

In the Quick Search section, users can search by entering known information about the constituent such as their name and contact information. This is often the fastest way of locating the constituent you're looking for.

How Advanced search works

The drop-down boxes are drop-down menus in the constituent profile's case, notes, and group section. This is a great way to generate a list of constituents who have been flagged in a certain group name, inquired about a certain matter, or have a closed case ticket.
