The first step to recording information for a constituent is to, of course, find and access their record in CivicTrack.

You can do this by going to the search page, and typing in known information about the constituent such as their first name, last name or address.

Once you've located the correct constituent you're dealing with, access their record by clicking the ID number, and voila! You have successfully searched and access your constituent.
