ROUNDTABLE CASE


A roundtable case is connected to a specific record in which a roundtable meeting has been set up and tracked on CivicTrack. It tracks the following aspects: 



Date created
The date the roundtable case was created for that constituent
Bring Forward date
The date you would like this case to appear in your call queue
Roundtable Date
Date of the roundtable event
Case Subtype
The method of contact, if any
Case Status
The status of the case
Time
The time of the roundtable
Location
The location of the roundtable
Attended
If the constituent attended the roundtable
Action
Actions to be taken about this case




ROUNDTABLE CALL LIST


 This section generates a list of all the constituents that are currently on your call list.  



ROUNDTABLE INVITATIONS 


To create a Roundtable Invitation, do the following:

1) Click on the constituent you

2) Click the “Roundtable Case” Tab

3) Click the method at which they will be invited

4) Set a Bring Forward date for you to contact this constituent

5) Set the Roundtable Meeting Date

6) Click Add Invitation
