ROUNDTABLE CASE
A roundtable case is connected to a specific record in which a roundtable meeting has been set up and tracked on CivicTrack. It tracks the following aspects:
Date created | The date the roundtable case was created for that constituent |
Bring Forward date | The date you would like this case to appear in your call queue |
Roundtable Date | Date of the roundtable event |
Case Subtype | The method of contact, if any |
Case Status | The status of the case |
Time | The time of the roundtable |
Location | The location of the roundtable |
Attended | If the constituent attended the roundtable |
Action | Actions to be taken about this case |
ROUNDTABLE CALL LIST
This section generates a list of all the constituents that are currently on your call list.
ROUNDTABLE INVITATIONS
To create a Roundtable Invitation, do the following:
1) Click on the constituent you
2) Click the “Roundtable Case” Tab
3) Click the method at which they will be invited
4) Set a Bring Forward date for you to contact this constituent
5) Set the Roundtable Meeting Date
6) Click Add Invitation
