The notes section of a constituent profile allows you to keep track of internal notes about the constituent, such as when best to contact them, warning/caution flags to your peers, and perhaps indicating that they are hard of hearing when speaking to them.




Adding a note

  1. Click the add note link
  2. Select the date of the note entry
  3. Select a note code
  4. Type in a description
  5. Type in additional notes in the large text box
  6. Click Add
