The constituent page is the first screen you'll see when you open a constituent profile and will provide you a summary of their file. It will display useful information such as their contact information, potential household members, as well as what has been populated in their profile.

Contact info

The contact info section will show you their phone numbers as well as e-mail addresses. You will have the option to track how they do not want to be contacted, by the check boxes:

  • DNC - Do Not Call
  • DNM - Do Not Mail
  • DNE - Do Not Email

Personal info

The personal info section is where you'll see their name and where they work.

History

Any information that has been entered into CivicTrack for the particular constituent will be summarized in this section. The section is broken down by sub modules such as Case, Documents, Note, and Group. Each sub module is hyperlinked to navigate you to each section when clicked.

Residential and Mailing address

The address section allows you to capture the constituent's residential as well as mailing address. You can expedite your data entry by using the search address section, which utilizes Google Address complete - this will help auto fill the residential address section below it.

The map link, to the right, will open up Google Maps in a new window with the constituent's residential address automatically looked up.

Household members

Other contact records in your database that have the exact same residential address will be automatically listed in this section.
