Case List Report

The new Case List report will allow users to view and report on cases in a new way. Users now have the option to pull cases based on different filtering and given a new set of results.

Dashboard View:

The Dashboard View will show visual representation of the cases based on the filtering on the left hand side. It will show widgets on how many open, closed and total amount of cases, as well as an average resolution time.

This view will also show four different pie charts showing the make up of Case Status, Case Code, Case Type and Case Subtype. There is also a heat map of the amount of cases per month within the year. This will help show when the busy seasons are or if a particular issue happened within a certain month.
