A new section called Reports (New) has been added to the reports section that includes enhanced reports built on Tableau.
These include:
- Case Dashboard
- Case File Progress Report
- Case File List
- IRCC Case File List
- Note List
- Group List
- Email List
- User Activity
You can access these reports by clicking the Reports icon along the top menu bar.
Case Dashboard
The case dashboard will display all the case codes in the first bar chart with their respective counts.
The pie chart will show the number of cases that have been assigned to users in the office.
New filters are available such as date filters based on the case open dates. This will allow you to select: 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 1 year, 5 years
There's also the option to filter based on case code and the employee's name
Case Dashboard Map
The case dashboard map will show you geographically where the cases are being logged in a given time frame with a break down on case status along the top. This is accessible by click the Case Dashboard report first and then clicking the Map button.
Case File Progress Report
The case file progress report will provide key metrics on regular case files that have been entered into the system.
Case File List / IRCC Case File List
The case file list report will allow you to see all the case files that have been logged with the corresponding constituent's contact information.
Several filters are available along the right hand side to further refine the report such as various date files and drop down menu options found on the case file screen.
Note List
The note list report gives you the ability to generate a report of any notes that have been created in the system with filter options based on when the note was created and a note code to further refine the report.
The constituent's contact information will also be displayed in addition to the corresponding note.
Group List
The group list report displays all the constituents and contacts that are associated to a group name that can be selected in the filter drop down menu to the right.
Email List
The email list report allows you to generate a list of all constituents and contacts that have an email address based on filter options like street name and postal code.
User Activity
The user activity report will give you insights such as when the last time a user logged in and how many times they've accessed the system.
