CivicTrack provides a way to merge any two records from the search results page. Start by going to the search page, type and select your criteria, and click search.



Click the merge duplicates button at the top right-hand side of the page, and you'll notice checkboxes appearing along the right-hand side. Select any two records, and click the newly appeared merge button.


Select which record you'd like to retain by selecting the Check All heading.



When you do this, all the case, notes, and groups information will be merged into the resulting record.
