The case file report allows you to build your own case report based on a wide array of criteria.


Report types

  • Detailed

    The detailed report will give you all the information pertaining to a case, such as the notes, drop down options, and who created the case. Hyper links are available for you to click and review in more detail.
  • Summary

    The summary report will give you summarized information about the constituent and the case.


Export options

Export options are available in the summary report type:

  • Excel
  • CSV
  • PDF
  • Print


To pull a Case File List Report:


Depending on your criteria, you can select multiple values for this report. You can select from any of the below:

  • Case ID
  • Open Date
  • Closed Date
  • Description
  • User
  • Case Code
  • Subtype
  • Status
  • Case Type
