If you want to export constituent information into an Excel sheet, use this function! Excel sheets are great for a number of different reasons, whether you're using it to import to another system, or using it as a source file for a mail merge.
Begin by going to the Admin section, and clicking Export to Excel.
Once you do this, you'll be presented with the search screen, to define what group of constituents you want to export. Select you and enter in your criteria, and click Search.
From here, you have the option to exclude certain constituents as well as exporting to different excel outputs. Here 's the list of different Excel exports you can use:

Voter Table | This will export all the constituent's phone book related information such as their name, address, phone number, and email address |
Intention Table | This will export all the intention page related information |
Signs Table | This will export all the lawn sign page related information |
Donor Table | This will export all the donor page related information |
Volunteer Table | This will export all the volunteer page related information |
Note Table | This will export all the notes page related information |
Case Table | This will export all the case page related information |
Holiday Card List | This will generate a list of constituents with the proper salutation and combined address information |
Email Campaign | This will generate a list of constituents with an email address only |
Once you click Update, the Excel (.csv) file will be downloaded to your computer.
