You may have noticed on the user accounts list that there was a security number applied to each user account. That number is directly tied to a security profile.



Security profiles are security levels you can customize. Each level can have a different combination of features and pages turned on and/or off.


Creating a security profile


  1. Click the Add button
  2. Type a numerical value between 1 and 10, in the Type field
  3. Type in a name for the security profile, in the Name field
  4. Click Add


Modifying a security profile

  1. Click the link Modify to the far right of the applicable security profile.
  2. Turn the function/page on or off
  3. Click Update
