You may have noticed on the user accounts list that there was a security number applied to each user account. That number is directly tied to a security profile.
Security profiles are security levels you can customize. Each level can have a different combination of features and pages turned on and/or off.
Creating a security profile
- Click the Add button
- Type a numerical value between 1 and 10, in the Type field
- Type in a name for the security profile, in the Name field
- Click Add
Modifying a security profile
- Click the link Modify to the far right of the applicable security profile.
- Turn the function/page on or off
- Click Update
