Filter options
Filters are a great way to narrow down on the list of case tickets you're looking for, and the home page has three drop down filters you can use, as well as an open text box.
The three drop down filters are:
- Case type
- Case status
- Case assigned to
The filter text box is great if you want to filter based on keywords in the description or case code.
